Cancellation
Recurring VIP plans (1, 3, 12 months) renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime in your PayPal account (Settings → Automatic payments) or under “Moj račun”. Access remains until the end of the paid period; no further charges are made.
Refunds
Because access to digital content starts immediately, partial refunds for used periods are not provided unless required by law. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not access what you paid for, email kontakt@erosbalkan.com with your order number (starts with “EB”) within 14 days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 days.
Billing descriptor
Payments appear on your statement under the name of the payment provider (e.g. PayPal, or the card processor once enabled). Contact us before opening a chargeback – we resolve most issues within 48 hours.
