erosbalkan.com (“ErosBalkan”) is an adult (18+) community operated by Kenan Suljkanović, an individual based in Slovenia. Contact: kontakt@erosbalkan.com.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use the site. By entering you confirm this.
2. VIP membership
VIP is a community membership (chat, messages, badge, extra features). Prices are shown before payment: 7 days €2.99 (one-time), 1 month €5.99, 3 months €14.99, 12 months €49.99. Monthly, 3-month and 12-month plans renew automatically at the same price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in PayPal or under “Moj račun”; access stays active until the end of the paid period.
3. Creator content
Only creators who passed ID + selfie age verification may sell content. Each upload is reviewed before publication. Creators confirm for every upload that all depicted persons are 18+ and consented, and keep proof. Creators receive 80% of net sales, ErosBalkan keeps 20%. Earnings are held 14 days; minimum payout €30.
4. Prohibited content and conduct
Minors or anyone appearing underage; non-consensual content; violence; incest; animals; drugs; escort, prostitution or paid in-person meetings; illegal or infringing content. See Content rules.
5. Reporting, takedown and appeals
Use the “Melden” (Report) button or email kontakt@erosbalkan.com. Violating content is removed within 48 hours (immediately for minors or non-consent). Appeals within 14 days to kontakt@erosbalkan.com; we answer within 7 days.

7. Liability and changes
The site is provided “as is”. We may update these terms; the current version is always published here. Slovenian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country.
Review of private messages and media
ErosBalkan administration may review private messages and media (images and videos) that members send to each other, solely for safety, moderation, fraud prevention and protection of minors. Every such review is logged. We do not use private messages for marketing and do not share their content with third parties except where required by law.
